Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, right in the heart of Lisbon. The rooms are not only stylish but also cozy, and the little welcome pastry was a sweet touch. The complimentary mini fridge with water, beer, and juice, along with a red wine bottle, was a lovely surprise. The only downside was that the hot selection in dining could be warmer, but overall a great experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the rooms did not quite meet our needs and facing the street on the first floor was not ideal, we did appreciate being able to check in early and finding spacious accommodations with ample closet space. The service had its ups and downs, from providing incorrect information on historical sites to being friendly and helpful. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city center and surrounded by amenities. The dining experience was a bit hit or miss, with some aspects exceeding expectations while others fell short. Overall, a stay with its highs and lows.
I had a wonderful 7-night stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, well-decorated, and boasted nice views with a pleasant bathroom. The service provided was great, and I was delighted with the exceptional service during my unexpected early departure due to flight rescheduling. The central location was perfect, offering easy access to many attractions, although it might be challenging for older individuals or those with disabilities. The dining experience was very nice with various options available, and the overall service was absolutely amazing.
I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless clean and spacious, offering a nice view over the neighborhood. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Fabio at the front desk and Maria in housekeeping. The location was ideal for exploring the area, close to restaurants, shops, and transport. The dining experience was good overall but could improve on maintaining the hot selections warm. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and lacked for nothing. The service was exceptional, with extremely kind and helpful staff. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions in Lisbon. The dining experience was one of the best I've had in years. Overall, great value for money!
The hotel rooms, with a nice marble bathroom, were compact but had everything you need, including an iron and board. Thanks to Nadia, Kyryic, and Nathalie for helping us change to a slightly bigger room. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, guiding us through maps and attractions. The central location made it easy to enjoy Lisbon and visit various sights. The dining experience was good overall, but there were some inconsistencies in temperature. The hotel offers excellent facilities to make your stay comfortable.
I had a great stay overall with some minor issues. The rooms were super quiet even though we were right next to the elevator, terrific in terms of comfort, but a bit smaller than expected and located under the roof. The breakfast room felt cramped, breakfast wasn't included, and not worth the extra 15 euros per person.
